Anna Clot-Garrell

Doctor in Sociology and Lecturer Serra Húnter (UAB)

Expertise: Climate imaginaries, infrastructures, ruins, collective action, inequalities, socio-ecological transformations

Her research has focused on the meaning-making processes and symbolic representations that shape social life, while attending to the institutional frameworks and inequalities that condition them. By integrating theoretical and empirical work with qualitative methodologies, she has explored these processes in various subfields of sociology. Currently, her work addresses socio-ecological transformations through the lenses of ecosocial imaginaries, collective political action, and material legacies.
